End of the World Flights Out

Flight search site SkyScanner has reported that there has been a significant increase in one-way flights to cities deemed “safe” from the Mayan Doomsday prophesy.
Two such resorts are Bugarach in the South of France, where believers say Aliens will land and save a few choice humans, and Sirince in Turkey, where it is believed Virgin Mary ascended to Heaven.

Over 60,000 visitors are thought to have bought flights to the tiny Turkish village, whose population just passes the 600 mark. So far locals have started cashing in on the splurge of tourists by creating “apocalypse safe” products

Bugarach has tried to handle the hysteria by banning “UFO Watching” on the town’s pic de Bugarach Mountain, the spot where the aliens are expected to land.

Currently 57% of Britons are aware of the Mayan Doomsday prophecy, while 13% confess to being “worried.”

If you are concerned about the end of the world and want to take this time for a luxury break, why not check out the Maldives?
